 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 2 lbs Ground Meatbeef, pork, chicken or turkey or a combo
 2 cups Onionchopped
 2 tbsp Garlicminced
 1 cup Green Pepperdiced
 1 cup Red Pepperdiced
 1 cup Yellow Pepperdiced
 1 cup Crinklaw's Maple Syrup
 2 cups Mushroomssliced
 1 cup Tomato Sauce
 1 cup Tomatoesstewed
 28 oz Kidney Beansor use chick peas, romano or black beans
 1 ¼ tbsp Chili Powder, Salt & Papper

Heat the oil, brown the meat with the onion and garlic until meat is completely browned.

Add all other ingredients and simmer covered 1 hour.

Uncover and simmer another 2 hours.
